At least for me, it’s becoming pretty difficult to tell from the various lists (Releases, General, Bugs and Issues) what problems are/not known and reproducible by Topaz staff, which are potentially software, hardware, or user-related, and whether there is a fix/workaround deployed/in progress.
I’d like to see a staff-managed list (along the lines of https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/kb/known-issues.html#editing_photos or https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/community/topics/9858715305245-Known-bugs) summarizing collective bug reports that users can quickly peruse (or be directed to). Lacking this, we have a lot of repeat posts in the various forums that make it hard to find whether issues have been solved and in which versions.
Examples: checkerboad background w/denoise (my personal bugaboo), grayscale & LR, redownloading models, iOS 18 HEIC encoding, LR exit code 3221226505, possibly crashes if you can pinpoint anything, etc. New threads for all of these show up repeatedly, and can be hard to search for (e.g., grayscale/greyscale/b&w/black and white all describe the same issue but won’t find each other).
