Hello, I am trying to sharpen the attached image. While sharpening the app just quits. No crash notification or anything other than the app just disappears.

How is that done?
From the Help menu you can open the location, upload it here.
Sorry, I should have been more specific. Where on my computer do I find the logs to send you? Mac osx.
The help menu has an option to open the location.

You will need to raise a support request at the main website… It is on the support page in the form of a conversation icon, click on that and follow instructions.
The error log shows a crash with the GPU.
Note that the system requirements say is 10.14 and over is supported but should run on 10.13 so you shouldn’t have a problem with the OS.
