Topaz Sharpen AI v4.1.0 spontaneously crashing

I am trying to batch process some files, and Sharpen AI keeps randomly crashing after processing a varying number of files.

I checked my Windows event viewer and found many Event 1000 entires:

Topaz Photo AI [v4.1.0] on [Windows 11 with latest updates up to 16/12/2023]

What has this to do with Photo AI? Post in the correct thread in future.

It looks like your Studio drivers from NVIDIA are out of date, update them from the NVIDIA website.

Thanks for the feedback. It’s my first post. Apologies for the mixup.

As for my video card drivers, they were updated on 12/12/2023 and are at version 546.33 for my 3080 TI.

I think you should raise a support request at the main website as I can run OK with a RTX3060 on Win 11. All the error messages are NVIDIA related.

You can also try by setting the processor to CPU rather than Auto or GPU to see if that will run OK.
