As I have update Topaz Gigapixel AI, Denoise AI, Adjust AI, Sharpen AI, and Studio 2 to latest version, all the programs just hang. I select the icon, the program start. I close the information screen that appears at startup. Then I select Exit and the program does not close, it stay forever. I have to cancelled it with “Task Manager”. I am using Windows 10, version 1903. Does anybody is having these problem?
Try to reboot the PC to see if that makes a difference. Also remember don’t have PS or LR open while you are updating.
