Topaz plugins locking up when launched from PS

I am having an issue where the newer Topaz plugins (the AI plug-ins) are locking up when launched from Photoshop’s Filter menu. I will usually get an error saying something like “Plug-in Launch failure”.
This seems to happen both in PS CC 2019 and PS 2020.

My previous non-AI plug-ins work fine though (like Adjust 5).

After making sure all your products are the current versions by checking the downloads page on the Topaz Labs main website, please go to the Help-> Graphics info menu in one of the applications, press the Copy button, then paste the info here.
