But i think it wasnât right.
My image did exeed the internal limit for everything - ending up at 58000px - even for a downsizing to 32000px there is no room for it.
Now i did target 31000px and downsize before upscale, did work then.

Definitely. Itâs supposed to shut itself down automatically when you close Photo.

Whilst I am waiting for support to answer, anyone else had a problem logging into Topaz Photo 1.6.0? I had to uninstall and re-install as it was having problems with model error, now after re-installing and trying to login, I get the error in the screenshot. The e-mail is 100% correct.
Iâm having the same login problem as you.
Log-in is not possible from the previously installed version 1.4.0, so I downloaded the 1.6.0 installation file and updated it
After the update, the login issue remains the same.
Interestingly, only Photo is experiencing this problem, and Video is logged in without any problems.
As far as Iâve searched in forum, Iâve found a few cases of login issues in the past version, but I donât see anything about this version 1.6.0.
Itâs frustrating that I canât do anything because I canât log in, even though I need to work on it right away.

I tried to log in again about 15 minutes after I wrote the reply, and I logged in normally without any problems.
Maybe, there was a temporary problem with the Topaz server.
@DTiGeR we have fixed the login issue this morning. Please give a try again

Before release, could you please correct the high-fidelity v3 model? The rendering has a slightly greenish tint. This is even more noticeable in black tones. Itâs also visible in blue tones, which become a bit cyan.
I did it in Gigapixel, but since the same model is present in Topaz Photo, the problem is identical.
