Gerade unter 3.3.2 getestet. Da kommt es zum gleichen Problem.
Ich habe ein Ticket beim Support erstellt.
Ich hoffe das Problem wird relativ schnell gelöst.
English version:
Just tested under 3.3.2. Same problem occurs there.
I have informed the Topaz supporet and create a ticket.
But I didn’t use (or want to use) either of those models you mentioned. I just worked with SuperFocus. Still, my image went from soft but distinctive details in the landscape photo to blurred impressionist digital art…
I used your original and tested it with Tack Sharp and NoNoise (I’m sure you know the app). It actually produced more detail than the Super focus version you posted. Probably Superfocus will best it on small pictures. The processing was near instant. Check the chimney and roof tiles.
Hello @magnus.nilsson and @mikeaff - If you experience the LrC error 3221225477, our development team is working on a fix yes. In the meantime, here are manual steps that will allow you to be on the latest versions:
Hello @Parker@axel.matthies and @jurgen.wietschke - This is being looked into by the development team, I have added your contact info on their ticket and will reply here and tag you once a fix is released for this! In the meantime, if you need to stack Shapens, you can revert to v3.2.2 that will not have this issue
@thomas.acito - can you send us screenshot of in-app error you get to support@topazlabs.com and we can have a look. Is this on every version you get this error attempting to update?
I added your info to the development team ticket working on supporting the new way Apple encodes metadata in the new iOS 18. This creates issues in multiple programs. We will reach our here once a fix resolved and I will tag you here. The fix will also be mentioned in the releases notes, that we would support that new HEIC metadata encoding when we do support it
In the meantime, you can revert iOS, or convert the files to TIFF or JPEG, and/or shoot in JPEG to forego the conversion!
Deeplinks refer to a feature that allows you to open the application directly through a clickable link.
It works much like sharing a specific Instagram or Facebook post, or even a Youtube video — by clicking on the link, the app opens right to the relevant content.
For example, we can send an email with a deeplink that, when clicked, opens Photo AI and brings the user directly to a particular screen or action within the app, providing a more integrated and seamless experience
Seems like the Black Friday Upgrade price for Photo AI in the US is $84. The price seems to be the same whether you choose “auto upgrade” or no auto upgrade. This is good, right?
