I mentioned the same issue in v2.0.4 so I wasn’t planning to repeat here.
I have tested A6500 files, A7R2 files but they don’t have colour issue. I have also test Nikon NEF and Fuji RAF files and they are fine too.
The issue affects A7R4 (not as bad) and A7R5 files. I 'm not sure about other models.
Had no issues with prior versions. The new update keeps closing while processing a single photo (after taking a very long time to get to that point. This update is Terrible.
Have you tried the remove noise option to see if there is a color shift?
Just downloaded V2.0.6 and it won’t work. What’s up with this. Paying for things that don’t work all the time. Must be time to stop using I think. No more buying for me.
I know I mentioned it before, but the amount of complaints regarding the plugin for third party applications like lightroom or photoshop is worrying and wastes so much time, resources and therefore money that I can hardly understand why topaz does not focus on their stand alone applications. 
I just tried the remove noise function on a Sony ARW raw file and there was no color or saturation shift. As hk_ytwong mention it appears to only affect a very few raw file types.

Because, for many of us, our entire workflow is in Ps (or, Lr or some other host) & we can’t be transferring photos back & forth between our host program and innumerable 3rd party pieces of standalone software.
I ,for one, only use Topaz PhotoAI because it works as an add-in to Lightroom and Photoshop. If Topaz reverted to only working with their own editor, I would stop using it immediately. I’m not going to move away from Lightroom. Even if it were purely a standalone product, where I would have to export images and reimport the results manually, I would look for something else that was an add-in.
But as it is, PhotoAI works perfectly well for me 99%* of the time with my (predominantly) Lightroom images. I don’t come on this forum to report whenever PhotoAI works. Only when I have the occasional problem, or suggestion.
Sounds like plugin functionality is a non-negotiable!

Hello, after installing the latest version, I cannot open the application. I had to revert to the penultimate version
IDK what this last update did but it is rendering my images useless. I save back to LrC and there is blocks of color and banding that reminds me of an inkjet printer. this has never happened and only just started after the last update. This is holding up all my photos from going to print. please help!
I keep getting sharpened eyes for spectators in the background who care clearly out of focus and cannot and shouldn’t be processed by Ai. It is leading to wasted productivity time and is frustrating.
Win 11 Pro. Ps 2024 plugin.
When accessing PAI 2.0.6 via File > Automate from a Ps 2024 layer I repeatedly experienced several issues with this release (rptd previously, but it’s ongoing):
Images open, after a significant delay, into PAI. Attempts to upscale are slow & after clicking Save to Ps Layer, the returned “TPAI Layer” locks up my Ps 2024 & renders it unusable (clicking on icons, hamburger menus, trying to “x” or CTRL + W or attempts to close Ps do not respond). Even accessing Task Mgr to close Ps took a while for my system to shut Ps down. I am taking a moratorium from trying to scale & use the PAI File > Automate until fixed. I can’t risk doing damage to Ps, my PC (temps were soaring) or my layered files. I use scaling regularly, so this disappointing.
.PNG images opened in that same File > Automate way, with Enhance (to scale) & Sharpen (Strong model) turned on, a purply magenta strip appeared inside a red color shape. It didn’t happen with Normal v2.
Haven’t seen this myself but will forward to @yazi.saradest to see if he can reproduce and add to our backlog of issues.
