Topaz Photo AI 2.1.4 on Windows 10 crashes at the end of the import

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Step 1: Start Topaz Photo AI version 2.1.4
  2. Step 2: Drag JPG photo into Topaz
  3. Step 3: Watch the window disappear while rendering the image that has just been imported after the import stages.

Try opening from the Open File dialog to see if that works.
