Hello my Topas Photo Ai dosent work with my Nikon Raw files! After this update to 2.0.0 I’m not happy with it.
When i send my RAW files NEF from Adobe LR 12.5 to Topaz Photo AI 2.0.0 it dosent work. Topaz are analyzed the RAW NEF file but after this …nothing!
When i send my image file from LR 12.5 at Topaz Photo AI 2.0.0 as TIFF it works nice!
My computer System is WIn10 and Topaz Photo AI was still running bevor this upgrate!

@oliver.kisker Thanks for reaching out. Try resetting your plugin by fully closing Lightroom and then rerunning the Photo AI installer. You can download a new installer from the downloads page directly. https://topazlabs.com/downloads/
Thanks for helps, but it dosn’t works. after update to 2.02 i have this problem. Now when i go to take denois the program wars stoped et dosn’t works. Topaz Photo wars running perfectly befor this update, now it dosen’t run with RAW fils !
I’m sad.
LR is the version 12.5. I work with Nikon Z6II and D750 RAW fils!
When i work with export LR to Topaz Photo AI at TIFF, Topaz works perfectly, but dosen’t works with RAW fils after this update!
