Topaz does not see any files except those that it has previously worked on.

Topaz Photo AI will be compatible with all commonly used image types including: .JPG, .JPEG, .PNG, .TIF, .TIFF, .DNG
What do you mean by your post. Take us through the steps, your expected results and then the results you see. Screenshots will help but BMP are not supported.
