Topaz Mosaic request help

Hi!

Im interesting in paying one mounth for colorize a video with Mosaic.

Since it does not exist trial web version like bloom, i dont know how much precise is Mosaic comparing to others like palette.fm so i request help for colorize one frame and show me before i do the payment.

Here is the default recoloured output:

I think it only works with image files, not video.

Skin color are accurate but the brown tone for the rest, is not good.

PD: i know Mosaic doesnt allow video but the idea was for creating a jpg sequence and colorize it.

I thought the results were ok but there is no way to batch upload so it would be one frame at a time and no guarantee of temporal consistency. I did ask if there was any chance the colourisation would be available on a local machine and they said no. So ok for a few stills, not much use for video.

When will Topaz Mosaic feature start working? Ever since it was announced and released to use, the application online has never worked. it always stays stuck at 90% and i have left it there for 24hrs on my computer without any progress on it….

Hi.

I don’t work for Topaz but have you could try disabling your VPN and giving that a go

thanks, no worries. if it was that easy ha, but i never use a VPN. This is also doesnt work using my cell hotspot. I also have a robust Ubiquiti 10G Network stack with WiFi 7 on a 5G ISP fiber plan…. I will put my Aerospace engineering degree this is not an issue on my end. I know how “over paid software engineers” work and pretend to work haha. Anyways, this is an issue on their end. just to make sure, i have reset all my UniFi setting and left them on factory setting too… IDK

I don’t know why its not working for you but I just tried it twice now and its working fine for me.

While I’m here in a unrelated issue you’ll probably find that Gigapixel isn’t working at the moment because of a technical issue with Topaz and Topaz Support are asking people to run the installation again to repair the issue here’s a link for that Gigapixel 1.0.4 for both Windows and Mac
