When I try to open Topaz JPEG to RAW and TopazAdjustAI, they both crash. My Windows Laptop has 128 gigs of RAM and 8 TB of storage and runs an i9 13950 Processor. My Monitor is on HDR Dolby Vision, and I run Windows 11 Pro. These are the only two programs I have a problem with. I have uninstalled and re-installed both. What is my next step???

Remember though it is unsupported but support may have some idea of why.
I have several older versions, and none will open. TY, I guess I will not be using them anymore. Do they even sell those programs today? I ask because you said they are not supported.
No they are no longer sold, just FYI on my PC they all run.
My PC is Win 11 (Home), 32GB RAM, AMD Ryzen 9 6900HX, NVIDIA RTX3060/6GB and I don’t have any issues with with the Topaz Legacy Apps.
