i have used topaz video for over a year and now all of sudden i just cant launch the app, i reinstalled it deleted all my cache, did everything possible double checked it with claude code, and there is no way i can get the app to work on my macbook while it always worked perfectly, really annoying espaically since i paid 300 dollars i hope to get a fix
