Yes, there is stuff in the works. Should be a release in May.
Those look dramatic. The skies alone (without foreground elements) would be great for a sky replacement library.
These extreme enhancements are a lot of fun! And I have probably thousands of sky photos in my collection from over the years… Of course Topaz apps could clean them up as needed.
A couple small examples:
iPhone zoom shot of a Canadian goose (I think) that landed at my workplace and proceeded to strut around like he owned the place. Processed with Gigapixel>Redefine>Creative at various settings. The feet had to come from a Wonder version as they were overbaked with fangs, and a goose-headed feather was replaced with a copy of the one next to it, see the screenshot…
Looks like he’s at the lake now!
No kidding! Splish splash…
Plus Gigapixel is a lot faster to load images than Photo. It does not do a preliminary analysis (which Photo always does regardless of automation being turned off).
Raises the question whether Photo’s analysis on loading feature is truly needed if automation is not being used, as it seems a big time waster.
@kbennett - For Gigapixel, We’ll keep you posted on the new stuff coming
. You can also batch process Wonder 2 as well in Topaz Photo. When Wonder 2 applied on file #1, can then do Select All, then right-Click and Apply Current Settings.
@Paul_Coddington - Topaz Photo’s Analysis is not related to Auto-Pilot. It is needed for every images and will remain for Topaz Photo. If was removed, it would add significant additional time at every step added later in the workflow. You can also use batch processing steps, which would only do Analysis on file #1, and the other images would have analysis done in export window/processing.
New release is now available which includes a few new models: Topaz Gigapixel v1.2.0 - Wonder 2, Wonder 3, and High Fidelity v3
We will likely have another update soon as well.
