Nope, still no go here. Upgraded from 8.2.2. to 8.3.3. App still doesnāt appear when launching⦠never gets into the UI. Tried running as admin, still nothing.
Just did upgrade to 8.3.3 and software still crashes when trying to load an image. Any image, any format. This is starting to get REAL OLD !!!

In my case, the issue was resolved, and it works correctly.
You might try uninstalling the application and installing version 8.2.2, which was working fine.
Then, update it directly from that version to 8.3.3.
