My Topaz, when I hit export, it exports the video 2
Can you send a screenshot of what you are seeing in the app and the logs to the support team at help@topazlabs.com for investigation into this?
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
Here is a video to help with the steps of how to collect the logs.
Could this have to do with the “Enable External Previewable Exports” setting?
Possibly, Ill have to check with the devs once I get the logs.
