Topaz Detail 3 - fewer presets

I notice that in Detail 3 Presets under Creative Detail section I only have 4 Presets - there were many more in Detail 2 - where have they gone ?

There are 10 ā€¦ can you please post what OS your PC uses and then we can give a solution.

I am using Windows 10 64bit.

Hi,

Go to the directory ā€œC:\Program Files (x86)\Topaz Labs\Topaz Detail 3ā€ and delete the file named ā€œTopazPresetsDBā€ and then restart Detail and the presets should be there.

Check first that there are 10 preset file names in the directory ā€œC:\Program Files (x86)\Topaz Labs\Topaz Detail 3\Presets\Creative Detail Collectionā€ if they arenā€™t there it may mean they have been deleted so you will need to download and reinstall from the download site at (do not download from your account page):
