Please can you help;

Topaz Denoise AI won’t open on MacMini Pro 2, Sonoma 14. It stalls at Authenticating User, despite the fact that I have logged in.

Probably doesn’t have full access to your disk from the Mac settings. If that doesn’t work raise a support request at the main website.
