I’ve been using Topaz Denoise AI for several years, without any issues. It would only take approx 1 minute to process an image. Overnight it is now taking over 10 minutes, and still not completing the processing.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
I just checked mine, and it says all the models are missing and I need to reinstall.
p.s. Got the proper reinstall copy from my Legacy Account Page, and it now works again.
This behavior is often resolved by following the steps here:
How To Delete Your Plist Files - this should be about 2-4 PLIST files to delete.
NOTE: Very important to reboot after doing the above steps!
