Video will no longer render - it shows an error and failure every time
David
I have attached the log files
logsForSupport.zip (1.0 MB)
Hi, âWindows Access Violationâ hard crash, âZ:/âŠâ is Network share, could gives problems, try from local disc. Maybe there are other causes. I recommend clearing all logs first and then deliberately reproducing the error so that only relevant entries appear in the logs
âCRITICAL: Cannot open zip file at:
C:\ProgramData\Topaz Labs LLC\Topaz Video\models\prap-v3-fp32-ox.tzâ
â Broken or partially downloaded AI model file
â Delete in model folder
prap-v3-fp32-ox.tz
prap-v3-fp32-ox.tz3
Then close re-open Topaz and model should auto re-download, otherwise rename complete model folder, or remove deinstall Topaz Video and reinstall.
As Mayday mentioned, looks to be an issue with the app loading the model file correctly and working with your hardware in this workflow. The older RTX 20 series cards are hitting their limits but you should still be able to process a file with the Proteus model, the larger models like Rhea and Nyx will struggle.
Try doing a clean install of the app to clear any previous model files that could be corrupt and then run your file through. If that still hits an error, grab the updated logs and send to the support team for review. help@topazlabs.com
Hi to Mayday & Kyle,
thanks for your answers. I am aware of the âslownessâ of my card but $$$ are preventing me from upgrading at the moment. Anyway, I did a un-install and reinstall and that fixed it all -great to someone who can read the log files and work it out for me.
much appreciated - David
Welcome, David. Reach out anytime if you run into issues either here on the forum, or if you need a faster answer you can email directly to the support team. We are in the office during business hours Monday-Friday. I sometimes try to check the forums and emails outside of those times if I can for any emergencies or issues, though.
