Sharpen AI will not open on my PC. When I try to open it, the app opens a blank page and stays there buffering indefinitely. When I try to close the app, I get an error message saying Shapen AI is not responding. I uninstalled the program and reloaded it 2 times, still same issue. My other Topaz programs work fine. No internet problems or computer issues at all How do I get the program to open and work? Thank you!
