Wow, wish I knew about this earlier this year when trying to salvage old newspaper photos of my mother & others to include in new articles about her prior to her memorial service. In 2 weeks it will be one year since she died at 99 y.o.

For anyone who has Affinity Photo, there’s a FFT Denoise filter that operates in a similar way.
