Just a heads up really.
I had a .tif file that would open in Studio 2 but not in Sharpen AI or Gigapixel AI.
After some fluffing around today I found the cause was that I’d inadvertently saved the file out in Photoshop with the pixel order set to “per channel” and not “interleaved”.
