Hmmm. I have PNY card. Is there an app to increase power limit?
MSI Afterburner also works with other card brands, also Asus “GPU Tweak”. The Cards allows in small bandwith range some tuning by increasing power limit gpu and ram frequenzy, but this leads to more stress and you gain max 10%, more realistic is about +5%. You also can get instability up to OS crash, but does not destroy your card, if this happens lower your tuning settings. What I will do with my new just arrived 5090 is the opposite; undervolting, reduce power consumption by keeping the performance (or just lowering a little bit)

Do note that 112% is the maximum my Gigabyte card allows for. The max power limit could be different for yours.

For AI to run the way you know it from modern video editing, you need an RTX 9090 or 19090

My 5080 runs Starlight Mini in 1080 at 0.3 fps.
4K from 30fps to 60fps at 8.5fps …( 4070super 5.0 fps)
