Well, it was obvious that top consumer video card is way better than a notebook designed for maximizing power efficiency.
Yes.
But the way the M5 is advertised and benched says otherwise.
I dont like that people get mislead.

I have m4 pro and was able to get 75/tokens per second using Ollama native. My guess is you either work for NVIDIA or don’t know what you’re doing. You should instead be comparing metal vs cuda instead on a laptop platform.
