Tech preview: Topaz Panel for Adobe Premiere

Hello video users,
I recorded this short technology preview of a Topaz Labs panel that brings AI upscaling and enhancement directly to the Premiere Pro timeline.

At the beginning it looked like it was the lion in the sofa talking. ‘‘Hey, this is Ross from Topaz’’ :stuck_out_tongue:

Thank you for releasing a Premiere plugin. I am a frequent Premiere user on Mac. However I am not interested in a cloud-only solution. I have an M1 Ultra Mac Studio and I am only looking for local upscaling options in Premiere. Hopefully this is something you can add in a future plugin update. Thank you.

Hmm, the Topaz Plugin for Premiere can’t do local renderings. Let’s hope Adobe doesn’t end up killing our Topaz local models client :face_with_peeking_eye:

The Panel was originally created to be a more efficient way to connect Premiere to the Topaz cloud. This can be especially relevant when using some of slower diffusion models.

Be assured, local rendering is not going away.

Btw, new 2.0 version of the panel is out with SDR to HDR, Starlight 2.6, and more.
