We have just gotten Gigapixel AI 7, one of the main uses we would need it for it currently doesn’t have which is support for exporting 32 Bit Tiff/ HDR/ EXR files. It seems to interpret the file ok but seems unable to export full color depth.
Unfortunately, we do not support 32 bit color images yet or EXR.
I do apologize about this inconvenience.
I’ll be sure to bring this up with our developers for a possible feature in future releases of Gigapixel.
