Stutter on frame rate change (from 30 to 50) on 5.0.1 update

Hey

Yesterday I was using the 4.2.2 version to convert my videos from 30 to 50fps no problem.

Updated this morning to 5.0.1 and continued converting files and they seem to stutter using the same preset I created.

I tested this on the same files from yesterday and it is also present.
