Studio subscriber: Gigapixel iOS only allows for Free tier

Hi, I’m a converted Studio subscriber (from VideoAI, Gigapixel and PhotoAI).

I downloaded Gigapixel iOS today v 1.4.0. on iPhone 17 Pro iOS 26.

Logging in using my same Topaz credentials/email, my current iOS subscription only shows I have the free tier.

Shouldn’t I have Standard tier w/unlimited images?

Same here.

Hi.

Have you had confirmation that your Studio Subscription has transition over from your original License here’s the link to check your Account Status.

If, it’s still Pending then you don’t have access to Gigapixel IOS you only have access to the Studio versions of your original applications

Account Status

Hope this helps

My account has been transitioned.

Then, you need to contact Topaz Support here’s the link to contact Topaz Support directly

No it doesn’t help.
I would not have posted if the transition had not completed. A Support have not responded to my query after almost a week.

They need to update the Gigapixel app in the AppStore.

But then here logging out and in again did mostly work.
I have a forever spinning wheel at my accounts details but can submit as many images as I want.

Unfortunately I’m not that impressed with the results of Gigapixel iOS.

Yes, I also have that spinning below my account details.

I was expecting the results to be substantially more creative in the ‘high’ creativity mode, more similar to ChatGPT. Maybe I’m not using prompts correctly?

Are you sure that you speak about Gigapixel for iOS?
Because there’s no possibility for prompting afaik in that app.

Oops - I didn’t even see that you can scroll those upscale/enhancement enhancement options below there

I just got the confirmation email last night that my transition has been completed. I thought would also finally grant full access to the iOS app but it’s the same for me.

They finally updated the Gigapixel app in the AppStore and now it correctly shows your subscription.

Login takes too long, though and overall the app feels a bit sluggish taking a short „nap“ every now and then.

Oh, and out of three images I tested one failed to download (with a stable Gigabit line here) and after that the app stayed forever at „cancelling“:

so I had to force quit.

Edit: those cloud-api errors are coming up quite often - definitely NOT what you’d expect from a premium price service. Never seen such with Remini and other competitors…
