Why am I the purchased owner of Topaz Studio 2 and it is not coming up anymore? I am sick of you doing upgrades and then I don’t purchase an upgrade I lose my old paid for product. I like using the presets in Studio 2 now I have none

Topaz Studio 2 was discontinued in 2020 so that, Topaz could concentrate on their Image Enhancements Applications originally DeNoise AI, Sharpen AI, GigaPixel AI plus Video Enhance AI and now Topaz Photo AI, Gigapixel AI and Video AI.
Obviously I don’t know what your system resources are but, could be a simple case of Time catching up with the application.
Having said that, here are a few troubleshooting steps that might help:
Restart Your Computer
A simple restart can resolve many software glitches.
Graphics Driver Update
Since Topaz Studio 2 relies on GPU processing, there might be an update for your graphics drivers
Run as Administrator
Try launching the program with administrator privileges to bypass any permission-related problems.
Reinstall the Software
If all else fails, uninstall and reinstall Topaz Studio 2 to ensure you have a clean installation.

In light of mentioning time catching up I myself have several classic (alright old) Photoshop plugins I still like to use today which no longer work with the current version therefore, I held on to my old copy of Photoshop CS6 just for that purpose plus the fact that somethings are available in CS6 which have been removed from the latest versions of Photoshop.
I have digressed a little bit anyway hope this helps
