I believe that means update servers were offline at the time. Try again later but there aren’t any updates available at this time.
If that was the problem. then the update servers must have been off line since 2.2.0 was first released and must still be off line.
Maybe it is a bug in Studio 2, or maybe an issue with the update server system.
And if the update servers are going to be off line until there is an update, then Studio 2 should respond with a “No update currently available” , and not an error message.
Either way it is a fault that Topaz should be addressing, as it has been confirmed by a number of users.
Just raise a support request at the main website.
