All this app is doing now is getting stuck at the first 1.1GB of Starlight HQ and Sharp, wtf. It should NOT be that hard to just download the f***ing thing, not asking much here…

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.

Common issues with downloading getting stalled or stuck tend to be anti-virus, VPN and firewall settings blocking the data packets from downloading or the connection to the server. If you can send the logs, we can have the devs take a look to see what might be happening here.
