Starlight precise 2.6 Local Export disabled

Just registered again last night. With concerns that there wont be much changed or that I wouldn’t be able to use the new Starlight Precise 2.6 on my RIG since I couldn’t find documentation on minimum specs. Installed the new version and behold, I can render using Starlight Precise 2.6, I can export, it works quite well and the results are amazing. Wanted to test it out some more today and I find out that the export button is now grayed out notifying me that that my hardware does not meet the minimum requirements for local export with this model.

I stress: this worked fine last night. Even tried the clip I used last night to see if it’s a file issue, no luck.

I’ve got an RTX 4070TI Super with 16GB of VRAM

32GB Of RAM

and an Intel(R) Core™ i9-10850K CPU @ 3.60GHz, 3600 Mhz, 10 Core(s), 20 Logical Processor(s)

Looking at the Neuroserver model manager shows the models as grayed out although they are tagged (can’t untag them to uninstall either)

Ideas? before I try reinstalling?

Tried logging out of the account and logging back in. Not working either.

I would contact Support through the open app about this. Also, send them the logs. Thanks.

The System Requirements for Topaz Video and the Starlight models are listed on that linked page, with the model hardware specifics at the bottom.

Before you do a re-install, grab the logs and send to the support team at help@topazlabs.com and we can take a look at what is going on.

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.

Here is a video to help with the steps of how to collect the logs.
