Starlight Precise 2.6 download stuck at 14%

The Starlight Precise 2.6 model download repeatedly gets stuck at 14% (1.1 GB of 7.9 GB). It stays there for over 10 minutes without progressing.

I have tried restarting Topaz and downloading through the Neuroserver Model Manager, with the same result. I also repaired the Topaz installation.

My computer:

  • Windows 11
  • NVIDIA RTX 4060 Laptop GPU, 8 GB VRAM
  • 16 GB RAM
  • More than 700 GB of free disk space

My internet connection works normally. I use Windows Defender, and its protection history shows no recent Topaz-related blocks.

Could you help me complete the model download? I have collected the support logs and can provide them.
