I was doing an encode with Starlight Precise 2.5 when it stopped working 85% into the video. I had another video encoded after that using Gaia and it processed that. When I went back to finish the SLP video the export button is grayed out. Is this another issue where Topaz is pushing models to the Pro side? If so, where’s the notification?
Edit: I just checked, I have no access to any of the Starlight models for my PC.
The Starlight models can not be restarted or resumed at this time. You will need to start a new export of it.

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.

At this time, only Starlight Precise 2.5 is available to all users on compatible systems for local processing. In a future update Mini will be made available for all subscribers without the need for a Pro subscription.
