I had posted this same issue a few months back but deleted the output file and have not had the issue until last night. I saved the file this time so you all can see the issue firsthand. It happens randomly but I will provide as much detail as possible and logs if needed. I am using version 1.3 but previously this same issue happened with 1.4 as well. I have a RTX 5090 and had to revert to driver 591.85 due to recent drivers being extremely buggy.

The issue is random small parts of the video are blurry and seemed to be skipped in the upscale. You can see it at 54 seconds, 1:10 seconds and 1:51 seconds on the wall. It may even be through the entire video in the middle but just more noticeable in some scenes. I use this almost daily too and no other issues I have noticed for a while. Happy to provide logs or any other information if needed but hopefully you guys can figure this out. It does not happen all the time but given how long this model takes to run, it causes significant delays having to run the model again. Thank you!

Maybe you overclocked the card too much?

I have never overclocked this card or my CPU.

Looking into this, thank you for sharing the source and the exported video for reference. Let me get them over to the devs for review, can you share the logs either here or email them in to me at help@topazlabs.com?

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.

Thank you Kyle! I have only experienced it a few times out of many uses so it seems rare but hopefully they are able to find something and fix. I did a different short today and no issues but I did reboot.
