Starlight Mini cannot be loaded in Video AI 7?
What is going on?..
it loads for 30 minutes without success?

Can you email the logs from the app and a screenshot of what you are seeing to the support team for review? help@topazlabs.com

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.

Here is a video to help with the steps of how to collect the logs.

Question for other Topaz users:
Does StarlightMini still work for you in the 7.x versions?

For me, the situation remains unchanged:
The model is not loading.

Last time I tried it still worked, yes.

This was about three to four weeks ago using the TVAI 7.0.2 version on a RTX 4070.

But I already had that version installed on that machine (so the model was already loaded) - maybe it’s behaving differently when you try to make a fresh install?

For me it still works. I use often SLM into V7.0.0.4.b, there I get maxed out Vram usage. Maybe model folder is the problem, rename the folder and reinstall then try model download again.
