I just upgraded from Personal to Pro and it gives me the same error when I want to run Starlight locally “your hardware does not meet the minimum requirements for local export with this model”. What gives?
Can you email the support team at help@topazlabs.com with the logs from the app and we can look into this?
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
Here is a video to help with the steps of how to collect the logs.
I’m having a similar issue. I can use Starlight Precise 2.5, but any of the other Starlight models give the “Export Disabled This hardware does not meet the minimum requirements for local export with this model”. I have an RTX Pro 6000 Blackwell, plenty of memory and 16 cpu cores…i definitely meet the requirements
The pop-up message you are seeing is incorrect in that your hardware can support the models, but the subscription plan that you are enrolled in does not have access to the other Starlight models if you do not have a Pro subscription, or a Founder tag on the Personal sub. This has been reported to the devs to correct in the next update to reduce confusion.
Did anyone else fix this? I’m having the same problem here. Worked fine on the first render, but now I get the greyed out button.
Obviously an issue with hardware detection (I am well above the minimun requirements)
