The documentation states that Starlight cloud export “supports AV1, VP9, ​​H264, and H265 video codecs,” but in reality, the codec setting is ignored and the H264 codec is used.

From the desktop, Starlight/Cloud rendering supports AV1, VP9, H264, H265 video codecs.
