Starlight and Starlight 2.5 Export Error

Hello, I am having issues with the Starlight error.

I have uploaded all the log files.

I went through the updated drivers and preferences mentioned, but I am still getting this error.

I did use it previously for a 90-minute video, and the results were amazing with immense details being pulled back into faces, hair, clothing, and signs are incredible.

Areas where it still needs improvement are grass areas, trees, and tiled roofs.

Can you email the logs to the support team at help@topazlabs.com for review? The Google link you tried adding here did not get copied in correctly.

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.

Hello Kyle, we just figured it out.
I was using an .avi file and as soon as I switched to .mkv it started working correctly.
