I cannot use Topaz products with my Sony A7RV. The RAW files are not recognized. Can you help?
I have the same problem. Is there a way to open a ticket or defect report?
I’m running a Mac with 11.7.10 and Topaz Photo AI 2.2.0
My Mac is old enough that I can’t update to any OS after 11, and so my Mac can’t preview the files. However, Lightroom can still preview and process these files just fine.
This then begs the question: Does Topaz photo AI piggyback off of the OS ability to preview the raw files rather than having its own raw file converter? If so, then Topaz Photo AI will never be able to process these files.
