This reply has NOTHING to do with the issue I have presented…
The issue has to do with how the tiles are presented, and how to avoid unnecessary visibility of those.

Do you have an solution?
By the way, why do you still care, you did cancel already your sub.
Are you a baby?
That’s exhausting.
You can fix this tile issue by adding noise to the output.
I’ve a new theory about tiling in AI processing and thats a Tensor tile.
A tensor tile represents the matrix size processed by the tensor cores.
Other tiles are created by processing moving images into tiles due to insufficient memory size.
But you already know this problem.
However, this is no reason to be rude.
The users replying earlier in this thread are not on the Topaz Labs team. This is a public forum, and community members often share their own experiences or theories. That discussion is separate from any official investigation.
I understand the issue you’re describing, including the tiling and temporal patterning behavior shown in your examples. The reason I stepped in as Topaz staff to request sample video files is not due to a lack of understanding, but because still images alone are not sufficient for engineering to properly diagnose issues of this type. These models operate across frames, and motion-based artifacts cannot be fully evaluated without the original video input.
Regarding your comment about our team, your remarks are inappropriate and not acceptable here.
I am requesting files because that is the required step to produce a complete and actionable report for our developers, not because the issue is unclear or being dismissed.
If you would like this reviewed by engineering, please share:
The original source file
The exported file showing the issue
The application logs
Once we have those, I can compile the full report the development team needs and move this forward properly. Without the video files, there is nothing further we can escalate.
If you’ve chosen to cancel your subscription, that is your decision. If you want the issue investigated, the next step remains the same.
Sorry about that earlier alcohol-induced freak-out guys… ![]()
I will upload some shots that have the issue soon, so that others can test it out…
