Slow Motion x16 Question

On paper (by Design), Which Model/AI is best to use for Slow Motion x16?
I tried Aion, Apollo, Chronos & Chronos Fast and I couldn’t tell the difference.

Aion is suppose to be able to do ‘true’ x16. I think I remember someone from Topaz saying Apollo can only do x8. When you tell it to do x16 it does x8 then x2, or something like that.
