Hi there, when I try to sign in to Topaz in Adobe Premiere with my registered email address, it assumes I’m trying to sign up for a new account and asks me to choose a password. I add the correct password and then it says the account already exists. Is there a way to sign in to an existing Topaz account?
When in the Premiere Panel, you should just need to put in your existing Topaz account email and password and it should log you in to your account to link the cloud credits for usage within the panel.
Unfortunately, that’s exactly what isn’t working. When I put in my registered email, it asks me to create a password. I humor it and enter my actual password, then it tells me the account already exists.
In other words, it seems to be stuck in a sign-up interface and won’t provide a sign-in interface. I’ve closed the program, tried multiple projects, etc and the issue persists. Note too that i have successfully signed into the panel in the past.
