I strongly suggest you open a support ticket. They will give you instructions for turning on execution tracing so that the abnormal exit can be analyzed.

Topaz support suggested “uninstall, then reinstall.” After reinstall, I found that I can run 3.3.1, but only as an administrator. Is there a way to fix that?

I have exactly the same issue with 3.3.1. Can only run as administrator, don’t like that. Also Windows 10 Pro.

Did uninstall / re-install v 3.3.1 : Software will run and update images only set as an ‘administrator’.
Software run on OS 10.13.3.
