With several images, starting today, it seems that when sharpening a new image, remnants of a previous mask seem to be being applied, so even tho I want the whole image sharpened, some areas are not.
I’ve tried all I can think of to reset masking to no avail. Any ideas please?
Deleted and reinstalled Sharpen AI today. Tried standard sharpening, no masking, no subject selection, on another image, yet still see masking which I didn’t set up.
Spent a bit of time looking for how to open a support ticket, but it’s not immediately apparent to me. (that might be due to my old age!!). Also read FAQs.
So, an easier question than can any one help with the sharpening - how does one contact support by email to get help please?
