Tried to download the trial but just loading msg for minutes then Windows msg. Saying needs to collect some info. then computer closed down. Now on start up all I get is black screen with blue circle spinning, can’t do anything. Tried loads of things but nothing works. I’m using Win10.
This download has completely wrecked my computer.
