Sharpen AI 'Processing Error"

I have downloaded a trial copy of Sharpen AI and when trying to process an image either as a standalone or as a plugin to Lightroom CC and Photoshop I get a lot of “Processing Error” messages and very few images get processed to completion. Any suggestions? Below is a list of my computer details.

NVIDIA GeForce MX250 Graphics card

I have exactly the same problem. My graphics card is NVIDIA GTX 760 with 2GB, i5-3450 with 24mb RAM. SDI says all drivers are up to date. I do not understand how to select a “different AI process”. Help please as I cannot purchase the product unless this issue can be resolved. TIA,

I’ve found a bypass which is to switch the AI Processor in Topaz AI\Edit\Preferences to CPU - but it’s slow!

Same problem here too-if I switch to CPU, both Denoise and Sharpen open, then crash. It started with my plugins not working in Photoshop 24.1.1 Sharpen 4.1.0-Denoise 3.2.0…GPU GTX1070 with 8GB video memory-this is happening very recently. My graphics drivers are current. Reinstalled PS plugins-still fails.
