When I save a tif file for sharpening, depending on my workflow I may save with a generic name, like “Untitled.tif” (typical for me when working with stacked photos in PS). All is fine the first time I open that file with Sharpen AI, but the next time I open a file from the same location and the same name, Sharpen AI brings up what I assume is a cached version of the previous file rather than the new file. Rather annoying, but easy enough to work around by renaming the file or closing and reopening Sharpen AI.
You didn’t explain a feature request so I moved it as it looks like you are reporting a bug on your syste. You need to raise a support request at the main website.
